Dinner Choices:

• Adult Chicken:  French Cut Chicken Breast stuffed with Quinoa, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach

• Adult Beef:  Seared Beef Tenderloin Filet with a red wine demi-glacee and scalloped potatoes

• Adult Salmon:  Faroe Island Salmon with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto

• Adult Vegetarian:  A vegetarian meal created by the Westin's chefs with the fresh selections of the day

• Children's Meal:  Gourmet Pasta Marinara, Crispy Chicken Fingers and French Fries (Children are those 12 and under only please, to be strictly enforced).

CHAMPIONS:  Please select a dinner option that says "Champion".  You are the guest of the NJHSA, but we need to account for your dinner choice and seating selections.  The cost of the meal is $0.01, because PayPal won't allow a cost of zero.

 

When making your reservation, please make the selection and "Add to Cart" individually for each person in your party.  When you view your cart, there should be a separate line item for each person.
